Shipping
All mainland uk orders are shipped for free. We ship using Hermes and aim to get your order dispatched within 2 working days of your order therefore you should receive your order within 5 days of ordering.
If you require your order delivered sooner please get in touch with us on info@youngheartscollection.com and we can arrange something quicker.
International shipping is via Royal Mail and is a fully trackable service available for a flat fee of £20. Please contact us at info.
Returns
If something is not right please get in touch within 14 days by emailing info@youngheartscollection.com and we'll do our best to rectify any issues. If you wish to exchange for another size we ask that you send back the original product, unworn and we will send you the alternative size. Refunds are only given for faulty products.
